Who we are
The Naomi app and this website are operated by Aniotech s.r.o., ID: 09982531, with its registered office at Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of your personal data and process it in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Czech law.
Camera and TrueDepth data (iOS app)
Naomi may use your device’s camera — including the TrueDepth camera on supported Apple devices — for augmented reality and facial animation features. Camera images and depth data are used only on your device to determine the position of facial features and place content in your environment. We do not store, retain or upload this camera data to our servers, and we never use it to identify you.
What we collect on this website
We collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, and anonymous usage data through analytics cookies (only if you accept them). We use this information to answer your messages, send you product updates you asked for, and improve Naomi and our marketing.
Cookies
This site uses analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. Cookies are only set after you give consent in the cookie bar, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. No personal data is sold or shared.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for a maximum of 5 years. Once this period has expired, or when the data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@naomianimation.com. We respond to all requests within one month.
